My experience with appsketiers began very positively and with lots of promises and guarantees, but 17 months & $ 22000+ Later it ended horribly. The highlights would be zero transparency, not listening to the client, not correcting issues identified by client (usually took 5-10 times telling them and a few months to correct 1 issue) and I believe they do this to give you a mediocre final project to then charge you for a “updated” version with what you originally asked for. I placed an order and paid for it on 17/5/21. I have not received my goods to date. I have emailed them about 8 times and supplied proof of my order abs payment but the company will not reply. Don’t touch with a barge poke !

BEWARE! I wish I had read some of the reviews before ordering The robe itself is good but I asked for personalised happy birthday Jane But the happy was on its own and then the word birthday and the name we’re in the next line! Happy Birthday Jane! I have asked why this was done and have been told that they always do it like this So don’t order a birthday present from them They won’t re do it for me or return so it’s a complete waste of money as I can’t give it as the gift I wanted to
Customer Service is a joke. I have contacted the company 3 times so far and had no response at all. My order still has not been delivered after more than 2 weeks. No contact from them at all since the initial order. My advice - GO ELSEWHERE!
Ordered customised t shirt on 12th April and expected delivery within 7/10 working days. Sent email on 3rd May asking for update but no response. Rang them on 10th May and advised that order had been 'lost' at the warehouse and promised delivery within 7 days. Rang again on 20th May as not received, and promised call back which I am still waiting for. Rang again on 22nd May, and told order had once again been 'lost' at the warehouse. Good fabric and fast delivery, but sizes and communication are not at all good with this company. As soon as I received no.3 bathrobes I contacted the company to ask how could I do to send back one of them and receive another one with the right size. But I didn't receive any answer and still today (after two days from delivery) my order results PENDING. As I read in other reviews, even I had the bathrobe of my child 12 years old bigger than the one I ordered for my 18 years old son!!!
