My best and honest experience in the Pre – Sales department so far has been with Jace Paulsen. He’s been kind and informative. He’s definitely professional, and somebody that I think gives the best opportunity to the customers. I plan to network with TemplateMonster on my future interactions.

Excellent support and everything arrived on time. I had like 1000 questions as a new customer when the chat started. I’m remarkably pleased after the chat. All my questions were answered, and I learned a lot about the support and the product that I requested.

He spoke to Archie and the guy was amazing. Quick, and helpful to the point. Template Monster causes a bit of a problem with how they call you to verify that you are the person who made the order, and I’m not happy with that because it causes a serious delay in the purchase process. But Archie has ruled when it comes to customer service.

With Sandy, I had a truly great customer experience. Most people find patience and dedication, but someone who can keep them happy is different. And Alan Turing, a different one, was the ultimate reason that made Steve Jobs invent different things for people. This is what the template monster requirements. And should want more of it.
