I would have given five stars aside from the ladies who helped me with my Part D plan. Not great. Lyndall Caldwell was excellent. He helped with Medicare B supplement and was a 5-star agent. Much thanks to you.

I like everything about the plan I was recommended except for the fact that, since I live on an isolated an island, I would need to go to out of network providers for labs, mammograms, surgeries, and possibly specialists. My primary care physician is in the network, and my prescriptions will be less than I paid for them before; that is why I accepted this plan. Thank you!!!

Everything was gone over in an understandable way. All questions were answered with confidence and made sense. Overall, I am happy. I was expecting a coupon book to make my monthly payments to United Health Care Supplemental, however, so far I just got one coupon with a booklet. I hope that I don’t get a booklet that size every month. Thank you!!!

I was satisfied with the service I received. Steve was helpful and knowledgeable about his work. I was very stressed about picking an insurance policy, but Steve very patiently explained things to me. I was very much at peace after talking to him. Because of Steve for his assistance.
