Once everything is in place, and we can start to pay down our debt and get some relief from the stress of monthly payments, this will be incredible. At first, response time was immediate, however waiting for follow up response to ensure everything is moving forward has been a little slow. Love Pacific Debt!!!

Awesome initial signup period. Very thorough, straightforward agreement. I would have wanted to see an example contract prior on, however, I could read all the fine print before signing by means of DocuSign. Customer Care jumps right in with friendly, thorough support and explanations. I have not begun payments yet, but so far so good; I have full trust in PDI.

The Debt Specialist (Rian) that was assigned to our case was exceptionally proficient, helpful, understanding, and thorough. Rian answered every one of my questions. I felt Rian went the additional mile to guarantee I understood the Disclosure Statement and other parts of the agreement we reviewed together. No stone left unturned.
