The steps were sufficiently straightforward to follow in completing the LLC purchase. However, I gave 4 stars because I felt just as I was being committed to upgrading my package with additional services that ZenBusiness provides. Overall, great service!

ZenBusiness answered all questions I had ruled out concern. My paperwork was processed so quick it made my head spin, Lol. With a superb care group. I prescribe ZenBusiness to any individual who’s beginning a business or needs to develop their business. ZenBusiness rock!!!

ZenBusiness helped me begin my LLC with a very affordable, easy to use and productive process. Their customer service so far has been extremely helpful and straightforward. The hold-up time was also a lot faster than I expected from when I registered with ZenBusiness and when I got affirmation that my business was ready to go.

Requested for help to make an LLC in my home state, and the procedure was fine. However, the address I gave wasn’t exactly used, and now the LLC from the State has been provided with the same inaccurate address. Not sure why this didn’t go thru a quality check.

My involvement with ZenBusiness has been terrific. The initial application process was streamlined and straightforward, and Mitch from customer achievement was a true rock-star! We kept running into a snafu with the state, and he went well beyond for over a week to guarantee that my LLC was affirmed by the state. His persistence and communication are top-notch. A+ for ZenBusiness and the overall experience that they gave.
