The customer service individual Matthew Perez took care of himself expertly, he answered every one of my questions and secured my business. This is my second Warranty Direct Contract, despite the fact that the contract price quoted was raised because of a Super Charge not listed. He did a fabulous job and was determined to pick up my business. Brilliant!!!

I had a great experience with Mr. Alvin Casillas of Warranty Direct. He was quiet, addressed all of my questions, and even called me on the specific times I asked for while I was at work. He additionally called my Lexus merchant to ensure they acknowledged Warranty Direct so I would not have any issues going ahead. I believe he is perceived for remarkable customer service, understanding, and remarkable interpersonal skills.

I have had Warranty Direct on three of my vehicles. With two of them, I didn’t get an opportunity to use them. On one of the vehicles, however, I used the agreement on various events and never needed to personally deal with them as my repair center managed them straightforwardly. Ideally, on the new contract, I have similarly as great of service and no issues making claims if necessary. Much appreciated Warranty Direct
