Everything is fine. I simply suggest more training for customer support. Once I called and I go through just about an hour, and I got disconnected, when I called again I was assigned to someone else, and the issue was resolved within a few minutes. In the first call, it was suggested that I need to replace the phone.

I have had very few issues with Vonage the last time was in November 2018 I spoke to Jason he was friendly and thorough in helping me resolve my issue I am quite satisfied with service and knowledge of the agents. Love Vonage! Great call quality and great customer service when you have to bring in for something. I also like your customer service call centers are the United States based and not routed overseas. You use American workers. That is important. I have had Vonage service for a long time now and could never switch. I highly suggest this company.

We were having trouble meeting the NET 10 days payment policy for us. I called a customer service rep, and she was extremely helpful, however, I don’t know if our payment period has been extended yet. The rep was courteous, proficient and supportive – great job.
