I’ve just got VectorVest started. I found the Call Center really patient, cooperative and knowledgeable. They truly have the attitude that they want to make investing in the stock market successful for customers. The actual software is consumer friendly, but there is plenty of information that can be absorbed and it takes some time to become a comfort.
