This is my first experience with pet insurance, and I can say Trupanion is awesome!! The set up is overly simple, the customer service explained every one of the options available, and when I needed to use it in October 2017 when my cat had a stroke, they were for all of us the time. Extra money was sent back quickly and with no problem.

I have most of my pet’s insured with Trupanion, thus far I have been quite glad. There is one claim that was denied that I feel should not have been. All the other claims for Trupanion have gone very easily. All of the claim rep’s on the phone have been greatly responsive, proficient and easy to work with.

Trupanion is amazing, I wish I could give more than 5 stars. I have a dog that has serious skin issues and is carrying on with fun and sound life in light of the care she can get with the support of Trupanion. I will guarantee that all of our family members are always insured with Trupanion.

Everybody with a pet should use your services. You are good to your word. I recently had a sick cat, and without having pet insurance, I would have needed to put her down. I love pet insurance. And, more importantly, Trupanion. I inform everybody regarding Trupanion. Thank you for such an extent!!!

Trupanion was incredible when my cat required hospitalization and medical procedure. They walked me through the claim procedure and completely explained the advantages available. Claim reimbursement to be a payment to the vet was notably timely.
