The people who work here are the real. Plenty of companies could learn a lot from them as to what customer service should be. Fabulous products, prices, and secure shipping. You couldn’t ask for more. Best company in all aspects. I would surely recommend this location!!!

Great experience all around!!!
Any time I call they are ready to support me with anything. Also, the website is simple to go through. I would give them 5 stars, but I was disappointed that they discontinued everything I used. Though they were quite accommodating when finding the closest thing to replace what was discontinued.

I was a completely Wicked customer when I lived in Florida. I have since moved across the country, and presently I order online. The service is second to none and can’t be beaten by anybody, anyplace. I can’t stress enough how outstanding this makes you feel as a customer. Understanding that you are dealing with honesty and courtesy and efficiency all rolled into one. Makes it more than a performance, it makes it an agreeable purchase. Thank you, Wicked !! You guys are all rock!!

What a great customer support!
I purchased a completely wicked arc mini and anyhow it broke within a couple weeks. I called in and they immediately offered to replace the broken one. Unfortunately, someone had stolen the new replacement. I called back in to ask to resend the shipping label. So I could still send back the damaged product. Again, Completely Wicked replaced the soon stolen product. Every person I contacted was quite pleasant and favorable. Will surely do business with again for sure.

How have I been your loyal customer? Well, at least 10 years, or longer than I can remember. Even though companions tried to lure me far from you, I am still with you. Maybe it’s a generational thing, this aversion for change, genuine, however, for my situation, it is: the reason changes what’s pretty dang perfect. Thus, thank you all for all your patience directing me through the jungle of everything that new electronic stuff, pretty intimidating for a fossil dinosaur. I recount my wicket story to everybody that shows a glint of intrigue. Well done!!
