So far everything has been going great! I am as yet trusting that the organization will complete up with my LLC. But, I believe they are waiting to get my EIN from the IRS. This company has been extremely active in the service that they offer. I have no objections as of now.

I just got off of the phone with customer service in regards to charges, and I guess I can best sum it up by saying that they far surpassed my expectations!!! The documents that I had ordered from them for land transfer, both a Warranty Deed and a Quit Claim Deed completely fulfilled my requirements, and I will return to them when I require future legal documents. I had no idea about making an LLC could be so easy!!! TotalLegal completed the job in 3 days, I’m simply waiting for the recording documents from Virginia. The forms were easy to fill out, and I was prompted each step of the way.
