I worked with other services of texting and Textedly is a breeze compared to the others. Their customer service will immediately answer you if you have any problems and offer a solution at all times. It’s also extremely easy to navigate to create the actual text. They also let you send a really helpful test text. Would suggest it to any business.

Honestly, I was looking for a good text program on the Internet that I could afford but I would be pleased with it all at the same time. That’s the program lyrically. Excellent customer service and user-friendliness. I’ve told your great service to many business owners. You’ve got my lifetime business.

Customer service and on boarding are great in Textedly. As if they were your employees, you treat customers. Your dashboard is straightforward and simple. The only reason I gave 4 stars is that I wish you had a mobile app to send texts as soon as possible to our members. I have used and tested various services and now I recommend all the organizations I work to switch to yours.

Textually made it possible to communicate about important school events or activities to our parents instantly. Our coach uses it to let parents know about places to play sports games and last minute details and he loves it. We were able to communicate with parents throughout the school, and only with the parents needed for a specific activity, or with everyone. It’s loved by parents. We love that. Win-winning. And it’s very easy to use. It is proving to be an invaluable tool for us.

Easy to use and a great way to maintain non-intrusive contact with customers. At any time, they can choose to stop receiving messages, so it puts them in control. Using Texted has benefited all three of our restaurants. It’s great to promote special food and drinks and let customers know about special events. Completely Worth!!!
