I gave 5 stars since we confidently felt welcomed, and had an amazing vacation! The main issue we had was the keyless entry code not being correct in any case, I promptly reached TAN, and they expedited and remedied that issue appropriate on the spot. We have prescribed this company to the all of our family and companions! Thank you, TAN and please keep up the great Customer Service. Everything was really well organized and went smoothly from the arrival to the departure.

Notably agreeable property however odd that we could only have 1 key, so it was more troublesome when we were not all together. Needed to get information about the local eateries. Security staff was exceptionally courteous and made me feel safe. Thank you for supporting us to have an extraordinary time and for all the recommendations and customization of our visit.

What a lovely place!!! I would recommend it to anybody. We stayed at 2122 Clute Rd in 4R. Great location and clean. There was a lot of things with kids and companions, for example, the water park, pool, hot tub, adventure zone, and skiing. Our family is looking forward to going back:) Honestly, everything was perfect what we were searching for. Your support in planning and booking our travel was much appreciated.

Not a terrific experience. We loved the view, the way that it had a dishwasher, and 2 rooms. When we arrived, it was not so clean, and there were a few cobwebs. We didn’t like that there was no place to have some quiet time far from one another to peruse or study. This was my first TAN vacation, and I was a little disappointed.

This was our first time. The emails said one thing or the other was included and what was definitely not. I was arranged however got more than expected. The room was completely furnished with everything my family wanted. I know that very few places will be this way, but this one gave me a great first impression. Loved it.
