Customer service during the buy was incredible. Snappy shipping and can’t beat the price. Simply keep an eye on them after to loading machine for my buddy and one of the outer boots has pulled off the cv joint. Ideally ready to reuse the clamp and only a quick fix. Will update, yet other than that an incredible experience. Thank you!!!

When I thought I had maybe received the wrong part for the application there were no issues in getting an RMA and a return FedEx freight label immediately.

I don’t have an issue with the people however with the product. I have photographs of the pads I purchased for my bike that kept going only a little more than 5000 miles and afterward sheared off the metal support. This is the second time that has occurred, yet the first time when I complain. I was desperate to get new shoes so purchased another set, however, will replace them with the different brand after a short time.
