I at last found the best place to order my lavender syrup. Extraordinary price. My product arrived in a convenient way and all around well packaged. The bottles were glass which I like more than plastic. I will order from SeriousSips for sure!

Well, it took not exactly a minute of being on the phone with you, and all I wanted to do was take a pic of damage, and you all replaced the order with no issue. I ordered two 3 pound packs of Chai tea mix. When it arrived one bag had a small opening in it. There was a mess in the box. I called Serious Sips, and the agent was exceptionally helpful, and they are conveying a replacement bag. This was my first order with this company, however, won’t be my last.

I ordered DaVinci Sipping Chocolate. It is a replacement for Bellagio Sipping Chocolate. I was satisfied that the new improved version form was as described. It is delicious. It is chocolaty and extremely smooth, just like Bellagio. I received my order promptly, Would not hesitate to order from this organization once more.
