Serenity insurance customer service was excellent, the individual that helped me he researched in finding an insurance carrier that was at a reasonable price that fit my budget, he was not forcing me to make a decision, I do recommend Serenity insurance, no issue getting insured they were quick and simple to get me guaranteed, I’m extremely satisfied that I chose to run with Serenity insurance.

I will most definitely be referring my friends to Serenity. I obtained my strategy through Luis, and he was exceptionally helpful and truly knowledgeable. He took the opportunity to look at my situation and give options, let me ask tons from questions and gave me a few different statements. He was so helpful and didn’t seem the least bit bothered by my length call. I am sure I received the cheapest policy available for what I wanted.
