I purchased this product more than a year back to try out my office and how secure my network is, After a year I recharged and had a few issues getting the firmware to update, Victor has helped me a couple of times to get it updated and running easily as, Tonight he spent approx 2 hours to fine tune it for me, Great item and the personal support is even better, Hands-on stunning service.
