Two hours into tech support Jan was there appropriate from the earliest starting point, troubleshooting everything. Getting down to the issue and found a result. He is very patient, and toward the end, everything worked out incredible! We greet it an essential measure, and a debt of gratitude is in order for your excellent specific help. I purchased this product more than a year back to try out my office and how secure my network is, After a year I recharged and had a few issues getting the firmware to update, Victor has helped me a couple of times to get it updated and running easily as, Tonight he spent approx 2 hours to fine tune it for me, Great item and the personal support is even better, Hands-on stunning service. Well, I loved them. Great job Secpoint!!!
