I tried to renew my policy the previous evening with changes after hours and was not ready. As I included some information, I couldn’t proceed. The chat today with the note that I needed to contact the organization by phone was helpful. The individual helping on the phone was also quite accommodating. The only difficulty I had was at first trying to do this after the office was closed.
