This was my first time doing an EDDM campaign. Neil was quite accommodating and walked me through every step. He even checked in with me on the weekend to make sure that my order was moving along. Love this business. I’ve been looking for the best deal on yard signs for a long time. I hesitated to order them because they had so much better prices than many other sites. But I’m happy that through them I ordered my signs. The sign’s quality was great, and they quickly and easily helped me find a solution when I needed help with a special request! I’ve been using them it when they first got their start as cards for many years! Couldn’t be a customer more satisfied. Only once did I get an order that had several damaged cards that they asked for a few pictures and then sent me a whole new order that was perfect! Thanks to all of you for your hard work!

Customer support also responded within a few hours and gave me some handy tips on what to look for and guidance on the paper quality I was looking for. Maintain it, PrimoPrint!
