The experience was fabulous. When we were dropped off in front of a mile long line of customers parking at the port paying much more and having to wait in their car for 25 minutes. I was sold on parkway parking and their lots. The staff was courteous, speedy and thoughtful. Will definitely recommend and use this lot again and again!!!

Richard in Jamaica, NY was remarkably helpful and went way out of his way to support us, We had a dead battery, he assisted us in all possible way to get our car problem fix. I would highly recommend him and Parkway Parking. All of the staff were extremely pleasant and helpful, and I would surely park my car here again.

Suggested by a companion at there cheap prices. Unfortunately, my schedule changed, and I expected to modify my reservation. I called the 800 number and addressed a young lady who could change my reservation with no issue. We can’t compare Parkway Parking to any other as we’ve never been disappointed. Parkway will have my business in the future.

Everything was so smooth. Super easy and convenient.
Hyatt Regency parking to Minneapolis (MSP) airport.
Excellent price and high service. I would profoundly recommend using the service. So much cheaper than parking at the airport. Shuttle service was secure and only a few miles from the airport. We’ve done it many times here this year. Plan to do it again.

I made my reservation online. I didn’t get an email receipt after buy affirmation. I called customer service and was told I had no reservation. A truly nice lady figured out my problem and fixed it in a timely and orderly fashion. They took care of me when they could have simply given me the run-a-round. These people do good business. I really appreciate the outstanding customer service!!!
