Customer service was great. Answered all my questions, price beat anything else I could find. Delivery was the outstanding touched base from New Hampshire to Ohio in 24 hours. All products were included and undamaged. Fundamentally the same as requesting from a local fireplace merchant just with a superior cost. Much obliged!!
