The transaction was simple, and the customer service person was exceptionally helpful and proficient. The main issue is the excessive interest they charge, knowing that my credit isn’t the best, they take advantage of the situation.

I am sorry, but, I don’t recall her name. The lady who helped me was incredible. She explained everything and answered my questions when I interrupted her. I didn’t take the most I could get, which she explained. My payments are less than I thought. This is my second time. It was expeditious and smooth. I am happy with the service I have been getting.
