I had a great experience with MMI, I only ever needed to call a couple of times however when I did it was excellent customer service. The reps are exceptionally useful and set aside the opportunity to encourage you. My payments were taken when they should without any issues. I have just been in the program for more than a couple of months but so far so good. I know, that I really have far to go for me to pay off my debt however I trust that with the assistance of these individuals in this program there’s an opportunity of a lifetime.
