We, unfortunately, were a victim of credit card fraud and had several hundreds of dollars of charges to our account for rides we did not take, as we have never used Lyft. We reached Lyft to do some examining of this issue, and they wound up discounting the majority of the charges to us. They answered the emails immediately and continued to converse with us promptly as we had several emails back and forth. Great customer service!!!

Lyft is fabulous. The only thing I hate is that if I see my ride coming to pick me up on the map, and afterward I see it going the other way, I can’t drop since I will be charged $5. A moment later the application is looking for the new driver. I squandered my opportunity watching it go in the wrong directions! So I can’t cancel, but they’re permitted to cancel for me? Do drivers get penalized as well? For what reason would it be able to be turned around? Why can it be reversed? I get $5 because my driver was wrong. Not fair and a waste of time. It happens quite a bit, actually.

As a driver, I only drive for Lyft! They have always been absolutely great at providing bonus opportunities, and incentives that actually make Lyft a fabulous way to bring home some extra money. They treat their people well and have a fabulous corporate culture. It’s like a community, and that absolutely matters to me!

The new guaranteed bonus pricing features I like a lot and have used effectively to increase my fare/ride. Only negative of the driver application I have experienced is the scheduled ride featured. Either poor design or flaws in the process have left me frustrated & disappointed on three occasions in the last 30 days. Good luck & drive safe.

All of the drivers I encountered have been exceptionally friendly and capable. The attention to detail is second to none! The accessibility of water and the arrangement of mints, phone chargers, and upbeat discussion has been impressive. The Company workplace is playful and proficient!!!
