Jason began with me on chat and stayed with me all throughout the final logo delivery. Jason was both patient and swift, not two traits that normally go together! He was extremely reliable and accommodating to me; listening to my requirements, giving me information and asking his team about my special requests. Jason pinged me every time I wanted to take another step in the process. He went even further by calling me and walking me through the software produced by the logo. He also supported me to load the zip drive onto my computer. If each customer could have a representative like Jason, the world would be so much better. If only he could teach others how to be so expert and accommodating!!!
