I can’t say enough positive things in regards to LaxRide. I was rerouted and did not arrive back home at the airport until the following day. They were so kind thus great at communicating. They make you feel as though your ride is important. What could be superior to that?! Exceedingly prescribe!

I had a remarkable experience with LaxRide. When I landed, I found I was not able to send or receive text messages, however through the online help chat, I could contact my driver, Janine, with no issue. The two hours from Boston to Amherst passed in no time; Janine was completely great and sweet, and I had a ton of fun taking in some Portuguese from her! Obrigado!!

Everything ran notably well with our ride. We were picked up at the airport. Our flight was delayed, however, that was not a problem. We just waited around 10 minutes for our driver to pick us up after we notified them that we were there. Our driver was friendly and expert. I will use this service once more!

Such an incredible service! They were in constant communication over content, and you could let it know was a genuine individual messaging. They let you know your driver’s name, arrival time, make and model of the car, and the license plate. They also checked to ensure I was gotten by the driver! Much appreciated, Mersimoy for the superb service!

I had gotten guidelines on what to do when I landed, at that point, I got different instructions once I followed the first instructions. Not to mention they texted off of 4 different numbers and reply “text back at this number”. Very unorganized and just plain out not so good.

We waited for the car for 45 mins and never showed up. Sent them text as they on reply with text message saying that due to operational matters, they cannot take this booking and will arrange refund. How can they do this.
Never use Jayride or Laxride again.

I booked 2 full days in advance, and the company cancelled my ride the EXACT same time they were supposed to pick me up. They are a completely unprofessional, and unreliable company. If I would have rated them with no stars I would have.
