A quicker response would be welcomed. Additionally, if the tech person could take the opportunity to look into the email exchange about the individual/bike, instead of getting some information about the bike’s history, that would be more productive toward a diagnosis/repair.

I would give 5 stars since I love my bike. Yet, the spokes keep breaking constantly, and I can’t use it frequently for quite a long time while they are being fixed. Also, when my front wheel was stolen it required a long time to get another one from you’ll. We gave up our cars so every time I can’t use the bike I lose my primary transportation and need to Uber.

I have a cross current S and completely appreciate it. Can hardly wait to get one for my better half!!! I like waking up early in the day and riding my bike to work. I haven’t driven my car to work since I got my bike. Much obliged to you Juiced Bikes for bringing the joy of biking back to me.

A superb and excellent electric bike. I wish it won’t be so heavy, it makes it for me difficult to deal with it since I’m small 5’2 – 140 lbs. Especially when I hit the brakes. I can’t hold the bike steady. Because of my short size, I’m hardly able to get in the bike without touching my groin. I can certify this is quality service!!!

I have been enormously pleased with my Ripcurrent S, and the service the Juiced team has provided a majority of the time. However, I’ve been waiting for almost two weeks now for a response from the technical team regarding a charging issue. The reliable and most affordable!!!
