Jive is in every case exceptionally responsive to our questions, and their customer service is always given in an agreeable and expert way. When I don’t understand an issue, they are always patient and will stay with me until the point when I do get it.

I thought we got disconnected because of no fault of his own, Luis ensured that he saw this issue through to the end. Proficient and knowledgeable at all time, he showed to me that he was connected about our issue and to ownership of it. This is what customer support is supposed to be.

The Jive Communications is fabulous wished along with the SMS will go to the MMS too the system is easy to use in any case, does not accompany a completely built auto attendant or voice getting that is customized with that will be effective kinda how Nextiva does it, however, be a little better.

Support is great, yet little disappointed we weren’t told about difficulties with specific modems. It seems, to be all worked out now that we have switched internet providers but, would have been pleasant to have received this information previously we needed to experience change.
