I love JensonUSA, they literally keep me from going broke on bike parts and clothing. I’ve been ordering from them since they were only promotions in MTB Action way back when. And, they’re always reliable, effective and arguably the best price on the internet. The “To the doorstep” price for the item and shipping just adds to their amazing service. 100% will order once more.

I ordered helmet pad replacements and black. Which was the only option to the model I required? They arrived in silver. My card was additionally charged twice. When I called, I was informed that one should tumble off within a couple of days and that they were having an issue with this and trying to resolve it. The second charge was eventually reversed. Fortunately my order was very small, however, if it had been more generous, I would not have been exceptionally upbeat about a double charge and wrong color.

The quality of the products have always been the best and have probably shown up in the time frame predicted. I have luckily not had an issue with any products. Their service has been great, and they offer items at reasonable prices. I will continue using them.

I only wish that the base cost with the expectation of complimentary delivery could be brought down a bit. They also do lack some noteworthy brands, for example, nuke-proof.
