The item ordered arrived reasonably quickly, well-packaged, and as described. The single thing that could be better is if they would send an e-mail when the packaged shipped including the tracking number. Simply Brilliant!!!

Customer Service answered my problems, my order arrived promptly. I just wish they would include the chocolate world mold number on their molds instead of having me call to ask. I am glad to share my great satisfaction with the service and high-quality!!!

I was glad about the items, and timeliness of receipt, however, I connected with your company after my order was placed because I don’t believe that the promoted discount was applied to my order of >$99. I never heard back from your company. If I am wrong and the rebate was applied, I would have gotten a kick out of the chance to hear that. If you did not honor the discount, I expected a refund. I got neither one.

I am exceptionally content with my recent order from JB Prince Company. The ordering procedure was easy, and I got updated information as it occurred on the order and the delivery. Things were very much bundled and dispatched rapidly. I’m confident it won’t be my last order from JB Prince Company.

There is a lot of selection that can’t be bought somewhere else. I truly feel that the delivery costs are expanded. It does not worth making small buys through the site. There is only a single shipping choice, and it’s expensive.
