I took Cake technique and Design and loved everything about the class. I learned a tremendous amount of information. The Deans are probably the most brilliant, capable, Culinary individuals I have ever met. They are warm and truly in the understudies at ICC. Decisively, I prescribe this school.

I was trained at the school more than twenty years prior when it was known as the French Culinary INS.
The teachers were astounding learned experts in their field, exact, patient, and conscientious. It was such a pleasure working with the International Culinary Center!
