The recipient of my gift basket from Hale Groves absolutely loved. I sent it as a gift to the Dental office that has serviced me for a long time. I got a call from one of the partners telling me how brilliant the fruit was. Obviously, I was hit at that office.

I don’t know where the error occurred on my part, auto correct or when it came up to do you mean this location yet the location changed from woodchuck path to woodcock path. I didn’t get it because of tiny print. Obviously, there was also a woodcock path in the same town. I didn’t understand the mix-up until the point when it said had been conveyed yet my little girl hadn’t gotten the package. I tried contacting customer service and got a form email back saying someone would contact me. This was the first contact.

There appear to be a few issues with shipping. My oranges arrived in Indianapolis on Sunday night, and we’re NOT conveyed in Louisville until Wednesday. There won’t be any orders from me or companions until a better system of delivery becomes available. Precisely what I was looking for!!!

The staff was extremely helpful when I called to keep an eye on the delivery/item issue. Having moved from FL to Arizona, I extremely missed FL oranges. Having called every supermarket in my area, No one carried real Florida oranges. Thanks to Hale Groves, they could dispatch me a few oranges, tangerines and grapefruits. I’ll be in FL for mothers day and will purchase more oranges from Hale Groves and carrying them home with me!! Thank you for the great fruit and customer service!!
