I order a few charms as presents for my customers. After getting the charms I notice one of them was a little tarnished, and not as pleasant as the others I ordered. I informed the customer service, and hesitation, they sent me a replacement. The shipping method used was snappy, and email communication with the customer service representative was quick. They truly dealt with me, and no hidden taxes or expenses after delivery to Canada.
