I dealt with Tyler Eby who was really accommodating. He had the patience to explain the different policies available. I am giving just 3 stars since I agreed to accept Plan K, yet my affirmation was for Plan N. When I spoke to Tyler, he apologized and said he would make sure that I was sent the corrected confirmation for Plan K. I again received confirmation for Plan N. I am hoping that by the third time it will be corrected.

Jamie Wiley made it really easy. She was useful addressed each question ensured we understood everything about the supplements that were out there. Gave us the decision and did not pressure us to make a decision. We stay a customer, and you can call them whenever to make questions they don’t simply sign you up and then leave you on your own. They are there to help always.

An amazing experience, this is the company you need to manage for your Medicare supplement the people I talked with were extremely skilled an answered every question I had they have a plan for individuals on a fixed income. I will recommend GoMedigap to each senior citizen I talk as well.
