I adore using the gift card granny to find discount cards. That being stated, I have had four or five encounters where I have needed to look for a discount for a card since it turned out there was a zero balance on it. Usually, that is a smooth procedure, however, recently, I became involved with an incidental buy when the seller’s site kept freezing during the checkout procedure. I thought I left the site without finalizing the buy however then got an email with a code for the gift voucher I didn’t really need. Presently they won’t refund me. $58 down the channel! It would be nice if gift card granny had an advocacy team to help in these situations.

I like the concept of this site, and I welcome that occasionally some gift vouchers have a value rebate. In any case, there are once in a while any new store increases, and numerous stores that I routinely shop at are excluded. If they included a couple of like Walmart or Kohls, I would give it a 5.
