Friendly and knowledgeable. They are only informative. I appreciate my new bike, it’s a great fit and excellent ride. I go in now for either accessories or questions, and they generally spend time with me. They completed a lot of extra stuff for me, which is why I’ll keep going back.

My experience with Folsom Bike has always been an amazing experience. I have used the service department and the sales department and have been quite satisfied. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, professional and easy to work with. I will continue to visit Folsom Bike for any future bike needs.

I took my road bike in for routine service. My shifting was just a little bit out of calibration. When I picked up my bike, the shifting was worse than it was when I brought it in. I asked them to please readjust, and they did. The second time was just as bad as the first. I was then let it know was an equipment problem and I required another front derailleur. I bought another derailleur. I just came back from my first ride with the new equipment, and it still is out of adjustment as much as the first run through. I simply need it right. I have used Folsom Bike many times in the past with great restults. This time seems to be a problem. Not sure if I have the bad equipment or the service is not up to their usual standard.

I rented a bike from Folsom Bikes and was amazingly satisfied with the bike and the service. I reserved online, and the exact bike was ready when I arrived. The staff was knowledgable and oriented me to the area. It was an easy return a couple days later. I even had time to grab a quick bite from their attached cafe which was a pleasant surprise! I will rent again when I?m in town.

Had some trouble with an ordered part for another bike with Folsom Bike. At first, the repair shop was going to order a part that was left off the bike after a few modifications were made, yet they forget to order the part, so we followed up a month later. The part was then ordered, and received and installed presently. Had an issue with the repair group not at first needing to modify the gears on the bike after a reported problem with rubbing on the gears, but they later agreed to do it and made the adjustment. Folsom Bike provided a credit on our account for the inconvenience.
