I was happy with the experience of getting my account set up for my credit card reader. It was a little drawn out, however, I think justified, despite all the trouble. It seems to be significantly more legitimate than the square. It comes with security features, and I have direct contact. So if I have any issues, I can call her directly for help. I have recently begun my own business and Equity has helped me with my very first credit card charge. It was simple and easy. Not very expensive. Others charge more for the same services I get from Equity. I’ve just been with them for two or three months. I needed to check whether they were truly for me and it turns out they are. I am satisfied with their service.

Our company always had people calling to get us to change merchant service providers. We were, in all honesty, comfortable with our old organization, and truly didn’t perceive any need to change.
