Your and his team are the best. We try to book them consistently for our annual company Holiday Party. We were so bummed when we found they were booked already a year ago, and we were forced to use another company. I will honestly say there is a reason behind why we will always proceed to attempt and put our order in early from now on. Our visitors always rave about the quality of food! The best paella in Miami!

Excellent presentation and delicious food. The rice was cooked perfectly, and the chicken was moist. Tons of seafood in the paella. Fabulous value for the price. The visitors were satisfied and still discuss how great everything was. The team worked with us until we were completely satisfied with the design!!!

I had Don Paella cater and provide bartending service to a party at my home, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the level of professionalism, cordiality, the quality of the food, and overall the way in which they ensured that I felt ease. And, we had lots of leftovers, which were a special treat for the week when we would not like to cook!
