I own 18,000 points and love it! The best thing about it is that I get the opportunity to stay in a pleasant place for a way not exactly in the event that I needed to pay money. One example, I used the interim to stay at the harborside in Atlantis with would have taken a toll $5,000/week on Expedia and I paid 1,750 points+$189 exchange fee. I say get it for all my traveling friends!

These guys are high-pressure techniques, and they are offering an overrated product. They charge phenomenally high upkeep expenses compared with others, and you can’t offer on the optional market. If you try to get rid of them, no one wants them. They will purchase them back from you for nothing to relieve you of the maintenance fees only.

Diamond’s been only incredible to us. We were given a membership from a couple that initially purchased at The Ridge Golf Resort in Sedona, AZ. We go there anyway, so this was an easy decision. We use it enough that the yearly fee and booking under the owner bonus time rates spares us a bunch! I don’t think I’d ever have purchased a membership at retail value, yet it pencils out for our family the manner in which we have it set up. We have yet to ever use our accumulating points, so one day in the future we’ll cross that bridge when we get to it. I highly recommend these guys, They over deliver on their promise!

Similarly, like every single other review, I have perused Diamond Resorts is a SCAM!! Absolutely never buy a timeshare. Everything they do is con you into getting one, and you are everlastingly in the red. It is NOT worth it! They make the maintenance fees skyrocket every year, and there is dependably a reason they find where you need to keep on spending money!! ***Do Not purchase*** it is a RIPOFF!!!
