The main proposal I have is to incorporate a low credit warning message one minute before being cut off the call, rather than quickly before or a continuous update of credit on the online account. Otherwise, Perfect!!!!

I have a great experience I’m going two couple issues initial one is with the caller ID what I’m calling to Poland some people see me calling from a different country it’s not showing my number some point is the issue with a connection love you folks working to perfection I’ll be keeping you all eternity.

Your service is great and inexpensive. Sometimes, there are a few challenges in hearing voices from Poland particularly when cell phones are being used in Poland. It is doubtlessly not your blame, but rather I figure you should realize that. Otherwise, no real issues have been experienced despite the fact that some of the conversations are being controlled by Polish authorities.

Conversed with US Mobile customer service representative at this morning to determine a technical issue identified with my phone, the CSR was “Sunny”, she was clear, quick and exact responding to my questions – I am not technically savvy customer – the issue was resolved within 15 min. and, her recommendations were cordial, well mannered and straight to the point. I’d give Sunny 5 out of 5, and I am not one effortlessly giving 5, quite the opposite 🙂 Thank you, Sunny!
