First time around we didn’t get our spa treatment as guaranteed. I had a set up for hold, and the agent was on her off day when I went to pay the deposit and customer service declined to respect the OBC saying that they don’t make a big deal about a benefit on my booking.

I have had 23 travels through Cruise .com-they are brilliant at what they do. Many of these individuals who have complaints surely are individuals who don’t take at the fine print, which truly isn’t too fine-it’s clear on their site where they list the costs and incentives which you need to peruse before making a quick decision. All that they have guaranteed me, that they would do, has dependably been done on their part and put in writing on my invoice. I will always look to cruise.com first when looking to book future cruises.

Bad service. They make you look out for the line for long time and transfer between agents. We needed to cancel the cruise because of sickness, and they won’t do that. If we booked directly through the cruise line even if you didn’t purchase the insurance, they will give you back credit. Over that, they charge extra admin fees. Booking directly through the cruise line is greatly improved.

I recently reserved a Viking River cruise with Cruise.com thus far so great. The customer service has been unbelievable. Hannah, my original specialist even came into the office on her free day to book my cruise. I am quite satisfied using Ctrip.

I have used this site to book three travels. Each time the exchanges were dealt with completely a professionally. Also, each time I expected to amend a reservation, make inquiries, or whatever else my emails were answered within 48 hours without coming up short. Likewise, on the last two travels, we got an extra $50 OBC as a nice way of saying “Thank You” for our business. I’ll never book straightforwardly through a voyage line again!
