The website was straightforward and simple to use. I filled out the calculator, didn’t need to submit any forms, scan or send stuff via mail or fax. In about 4 weeks time, somebody got back to me to ask for my bank details and the money was sent to me via Transferwise. Surely, recommend!

Love this service! I recorded my case in under 5 minutes, and they wired my money half a month later. Kind of ticked off that Air France never mentioned anything about compensation, yet I’m glad I didn’t need to deal with them.
