The program was easy, and customer service was in every case extremely accommodating. The one issue I had was the point at which I called to get a report for me I was told I had enough money to pay off the last debt I owed yet I was still being charged monthly. It would have been notified by the organization before finding months after the fact.

I was fairly concerned at how long the procedure was taking, but once I got one of my creditors was settled, I started to feel at ease. It took a while for things to go ahead, however, once they did, I started to understand the service much more and was more confident about the procedure.

They make everything easy for me to get it. Their customer service team is always supportive with every one of my questions. I would suggest this to anyone who is trying to get some debt help, I couldn’t have asked for a better service, I am really grateful for everything they did for us in the past few weeks.

The company provides the services that they claim, however, it is important for everybody to know that your credit score will get ruined once you agree to enroll in the Century program. A question, that I asked but unfortunately was misinformed. I was beyond upset, but, the good feeling of having Century deal with these creditors, outweighed my fury, overall, I am pleased with the service.

Since the first time when I talked with the century representative, I knew all my debt would have been dealt with. These individuals are so helpful, and they guide you step by step and explain the entire procedure, and even though it takes time to proceed with the program I’m incredibly excited to finally get rid of my debt & to start over fresh, and I strongly suggest these people.
