Fast these days and convenient to turn around and ship when a customer wants non-standard size. Canvases aren’t heavy, but they seem to be sturdy and well strengthened, so I don’t think they’re likely to warp. A bit on the precious side, but the convenience of not having to make the canvas myself is worth it for me.

The company called me once I reported the problem with the shipped canvas, and the problem was resolved immediately. I am also pleased to say that it was possible to repair the canvas with the ding in it and that the ding is no longer visible or even there! I’m going to keep buying from this fine company knowing they’re behind their products.

Navigating the website was comfortable. I had to change my order and it was beautifully accommodated. Canvases were immediately made and shipped. Although the canvas seemed looser than normal, they seemed to be well constructed. For the price, instead of showing dips and folds, I would have expected them to be nice and tight. I also didn’t care about the back-installed hardware type. Would have preferred internal cabling that would not scratch the walls. I need custom sizes.

I was excited about the shipping speed and quality of the product. The texture of the canvas was snappier than I used to, but I found I probably preferred it! The cost was a bit high, but I had a special size commission and had no time to do it alone. I would assuredly recommend these canvases.

I was really pleasantly surprised with my CanvasLot experience. The frame I ordered was fantastic. And I’d definitely refer the site to friends and family. When I’m looking for picture frames, I’ll also order again. The product’s quality is excellent.
