Excellent customer service! My delivery was “local” to California Delicious, and they offered to hand convey the gift basket, and during the window of time that worked best. They also offered customized ribbon colors if desired. I will without a doubt use them once more.

The site is notably easy to use. I sent an email about the tracking and found the solution fast. In any case, the box was delivered in front of the door, and the driver did not knock the door or ring the bell. I was much scared of somebody could steal the box. The box was great, my in-laws were exceptionally glad.
