We have been serving Bridger Valley Buffalo to our visitors for quite a long while and eating it ourselves in the off-season too. It is healthy, fulfilling, and delightful! We recently got our shipment on time and well packaged. The meat was fine. We ate tenderloins the next night. Great. What a great source of information was super helpful.
