I ordered a blueberry pie, however, got a berry crumble. I notified the company and they refunded me my money and offered to replace it. Extraordinary customer service for the error. Even though the recipient did not receive the pie for his birthday, the company rectified the situation agreeable to me. Can’t tell you how the item was, because we haven’t recorded yet.

The customer service is beyond amazing and beyond a 5 Star! The time frame to get the cheesecake was amazing, the only thing that brought this down was simply the real cheesecake. It was great, however, to get one locally I could have found one that was similarly as great or better, it was mediocre, yet the experience was by a long shot the best.

Delicious, easy to order and incredible customer service. Had an issue that the first order wasn’t going to arrive on the asked for a day. Bake Me a Wish customer service stepped up and approved a Saturday delivery at no extra charge. No issues, extraordinary service, and the cake were delightful. Will use Bake Me a Wish once more. Overall smooth experience with this service, I ordered the Tiramisu cake for my sister’s B-day for her first year in university. The ordering procedure was really simple, on her birthday the Cake was securely delivered to her dorm and the cake looked simply like the photographs on the site in a secure presentable package. She was happy with the cake and said everybody truly delighted in the cake. Would consider Bake Me A Wish again in the future.
