The craftsmanship and service are impressive. Not only is this limited to the print itself, but it also includes how the product is packaged safely. On the basis of my personal experience with Artisan HD, I would feel confident to ship the print directly to a customer.

ArtisanHD is fantastic! I’ve been searching online for a company that would print custom panoramas, but there are very few and very expensive ones. Someone suggested that I check with ArtisanHD and I was very pleased that they were able to do my custom size at a reasonable price. The quality of their work has also been great.

For the first time, he ordered a few prints. During shipping, one print was damaged. Left a message on the phone, there was an email next day telling you what to do. Pleasant and immediate service. Quickly the new print was sent out. The prints were loved. Definitely going to order again.

The purchasing experience was outstanding. Love the completed piece’s overall look. One quibble: there is also a shadow under the subject as it was in the image I approved online. In the finished piece, it is cut off. I’m the only one I’m ever going to see missing.
