My frame arrived quickly. It was a huge wood frame, and unfortunately, it was broken in shipping. The way toward getting a substitution outline was simple and fast. The new frame arrived intact and was exactly what I needed. I will order from American Frame once more.

Fantastic service and the frame I ordered was put together flawlessly. The corners were smooth and done great. I ordered acrylic to use and being new to it, was upbeat to find it was very heavy-duty, not the flimsy stuff you might get in a ready-made frame. I wouldn’t use some other frame service for my special products.

I made a mistake of not checking the order when it was emailed to me, and I needed to reorder one side of my frame, however, that was my misstep. It took right around about fourteen days to get the replacement side to arrive. Presently I have another frame to use when I paint another painting that size. I also took the snail mail shipping choice so I could have gotten it quicker if I’d paid more.
