Daniel was remarkably responsive, and I changed the order at the last minute and they went out of their way to switch the item and promptly refund the difference! I conversed to one of the Brand Managers before making my purchase, and they were super knowledgeable about all of their products. They have an immense selection and reasonable prices. As someone who likes to shop around for the best price, I like that I’ve found a place where I can get everything for my vaping requirements. 🙂
